Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage security controls and processes for Operational Technology (OT) environments.
  • Monitor and analyze network traffic to detect and respond to cybersecurity threats.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA networks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and incident response plans specific to OT environments.
  • Provide technical support during cybersecurity incidents, ensuring rapid containment and recovery.
  • Perform regular compliance checks to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct security awareness training for OT personnel.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of OT security frameworks (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443).
  • Experience in managing and securing ICS, SCADA, and PLC systems.
  • Familiarity with network protocols used in OT environments (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC).
  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools for threat detection and incident response.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Skills that will help you in the Role:

  • Understanding of industrial automation systems and their components.
  • Experience with SIEM tools and security monitoring platforms.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle security incidents effectively.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards applicable to OT environments.
  • Scripting or automation skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Financial:- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to build a robust sales pipeline for cybersecurity services. Participate in sales discussions, presentations, and product demonstrations. Provide customized and effective value propositions to clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Delivery:- Collaborate closely with the delivery and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct regular reviews to manage delivery expectations and prevent project overruns. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their cybersecurity needs and strategic goals.
  • Account Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Forecast resource requirements for both ongoing projects and future opportunities. Establish and maintain a network of referenceable customers.
  • Solution Development & Innovation:- Provide feedback to internal teams on customer perspectives and competitive intelligence. Collaborate with the solutions team to develop tailored cybersecurity offerings. Lead workshops, boot camps, and strategic meetings to demonstrate thought leadership.
  • Thought Leadership:- Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and seminars. Present cybersecurity insights, solutions, and innovations to industry peers and customers.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in cybersecurity solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products, compliance standards, and industry trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills that will help you in the Role:

  • Certifications in cybersecurity are a plus.
  • Experience with cybersecurity solutions such as endpoint protection, cloud security, IAM, or MDR.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms.
